• Design innovative working process and strategy of churn reduction and gaining revenue in Bangkhunthaien area. • Align new work flow in True Shop to eliminate customers’ waiting time effecting significantly in an increased customers’ satisfaction score. • Generate new online distribution channel to align with customers’ needs to boost sales.
