LAW482 Dealmaking and Dispute Resolution: Negotiation in an Age of Disruption

PY2103 - Describing and Analysing Behaviour (SP53, 2023)

Main duties involve assistance with data collection, recruitment, manpower, scheduling, simple data processing, data entry, administration & management of project-related matters, preparation of tasks/questionnaires/surveys, primary school/parent/universities/stakeholders liaisons, maintaining records & document research progress, & ad-hoc tasks whilst assisting other projects when needed. Lead personnel for NIE-MOE for all primary schools in Singapore across multiple medium-large scale projects. Lead In-Charge (I/C) of the data collection and manpower for The Singapore Kindergarten Impact Project Follow-up (SKIP-Up) project. Solely responsible for training, preparation of materials and recruitment of part-time research staff, whilst majorly assisting in data collection administration, school personnel liaison and logistical planning across 70+ schools at a time. Separately trained and supervised 10+ lead part-time research assistants in data collection protocol & administration and assessed their readiness to conduct data collection sessions independently in addition to supervision of a total of 50+ part-time research assistants.Was the lead liaison officer and lead researcher for data collection under the Growth in Bilingual & Biliteracy Proficiency: Environmental, Individual & Experiential Factors (GIBBER) project. Also a co-lead researcher for data collection under the National Research Foundation (NRF) Aural language skills and the emergence of reading in bilingual children study.

Involved in several aspects of implementation of two large population based projects conducted across 4 different polyclinics in Singapore under the Population Health Research Group.Primary duties for Diabetic Retinopathy Eye Screening Eye Study (DRESS) project included entry of large samples of data collected from the sites, quality check of the data. Main duties for Understanding Non-Adherence to Diabetes Complications Screening (UNADS) project involved entry of large samples of data, quality check of the data and qualitative thematic analyses of focus group data.
