HR Executive & Marketing. I graduated with a Bachelor of Law from the University of Economics and Law, where I studied various aspects of law, such as labor law, social insurance law, and personal income tax law. Since May 2022, I have been working as an HR Executive at Konecranes, a global leader in lifting solutions and services. My core competencies include payroll processing, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding; compensation and benefits; and Learning and development. I have developed strong problem-solving, presentation communication, and teamwork skills, as well as a solid knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
