(1 year 1 month) Task 1: Launching successful Pixel Phone 9 (Launching successful Pixel Phone 9 from DVT phase and start study newPixel Phone 10 from Proto phase) • Design review and design change study to find risk point and feedback to customer (cosmetic, water leak, component interference issue...) • Study to design protect film, stealth cover, repair fixture... for protect Cosmetic Cover base on ASSY process requirement. • Do DOE for verify and establish Water leak standard for all leak point follow IP68 standard. • Tolerance Analysis risk item related cosmetic (gap/step) and feedback to customer. • Online issue treatment (water leak issue, gap offset issue, assemblyissue, Repair & Rel issue...). • Create boxplot and Cpk analysis of some importance item ( Air leakdata, Gap, offset, ... ) and ensure these data achieved Cpk target. • Co-work with other function team to improve Yield rate to archive target Overall Yield over than 97%. Task 2: Adviser to transfer Pixel phone to India factory (Support India team to transfer successful Pixel Phone 9 from DVT phaseto OK2ship) • Create training doc (Design structure, FA process, Measurementmethod...) and make plan to training to India team • Align with India team to manage and control team member. • Daily confirm Yield condition, line issue, Rel issue and guide India member to solve and improve problem step by step.
