• Manufacturing planner of pre-manufacturing area for EV-14 products (Engine Injector) main responsibility for Grinding process, De-burring process, Honing process and Ultra sonic washing process.• Project management for re-location machine.• Machine commissioning from aboard. • Process and equipment planning to ensure machine can perform good performance with good quality and high OEE.•Support series production, SOP, Ramp up and follow up OEE, scrap reduction, C/T, Productivity, Break down, Machine improvement and monitoring production process to meet quality, cost and output.•Develop and release new machine & new process together with local suppliers in the region for specific area. •Capability measurement (Measurement & Test process, Machine, Production), SPC control chart monitoring & take action in case of deviation of control criteria•Review and revise for correction P-FMEA, Control plan with Engineering Staff, Error proofing development for specific area.•Preparation of production documents and working standard. •Cooperate with cross functional team BPS, Quality activities of MFE and HSE Safety Activities. •Support new model set up from SE-Team until SOP in HmjP (simple process) •Participation and supporting of engineering change request (ECR preparation and revision) •Reporting, communication to lead plant and internal (IPN report) •Support audit from internal and External ITAF16949, ISO 14001 and Safety Audit

Responsibility: This position has responsibility to manage and control in production processes Chassis line and Engine installation line, production documents, production standards. And also to provide tools and equipment, and improvements about production ability, machine improvement (EC tools).New model jobs: •Co-operate with functional team for discussion about: Target, Job scope, Section In-charge, Action plan, Etc.•List up new part for each model.•Study and estimate effect that can happen in assembly process (FMEA).•Prepare assembly standard (JPS) and new operations JD in case of new balance job.•Trial and summary problem for feedback to department that concern.•Update data in control plan.New project jobs: New line set up, POKAYOKEs system, Machine & Equipment set up.•Co-operate with functional team for discussion about: Target, Job scope, Section In-charge, Action plan, Etc.•Prepare Layout such as: Man power layout, Machine & Equipment layout and part layout (include partition part for KIT supply).•Prepare document standard such as: New JD and New JPS for new part or new method.•Trial and summary problem for feedback to department that concern.•Update data in control plan.Other jobs:•Develop and improve production efficiency by analyze to reduce working time and machine time.•Solving process problems and working with the production department in relation to yield improvement.•Apply VA/VE for cost improvement purposes in coordination with process engineer and/or concerned department.•Develop and improving internal manufacturing process in case of abnormal situations in manufacturing such as speed, NG rate and others.•Join production activities, inside or outside department as well such as Kaizen, QCC and 5S.•In-charge for Internal & External ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001.•In-charge for safety activity and audit.

•Manpower control, Machine planning, Line setup and Line balance.•Process control (Grinding process of HDB camshaft) makes document process; WI, set-up sheet, checks sheet and report sheet etc.•Conducting investigations in a timely manner with regards to shift production issue, reporting the findings to the Production Manager.•Production monitoring: Set system for record data for makes visualize monitoring (Graph, board and presentation).•Monitor and audits the performance of process and equipment for improvement process capability.•Ensuring the plant is running and maintained efficiently ,delivering required capacity, quality and yield•Identify and drive process improvement opportunities that will result in improved labor efficiency, productivity, promote cost reduction and etc.•Supervising the Production team and talking responsibility for carrying out all processes and procedures in line with the quality standard.•Identify and implement opportunities for improving workplace safety and ergonomics as well as process efficiency and product quality.•Ensure all established EHS, safety, quality, delivery and cost commitments are met.•Coordinate production activities with all other functions of the organization and maintain optimum production with utilization of human resources, machine and equipment. •Establish production activity plan and report daily/weekly/monthly basis against the plan
