Report to: Manager Subordinate: 7 Technicians Responsibility for • Implement and work for environmental management to get Zero Breakdown. – WWTP, Duct Collector, Scrubber • Identify the factory process that may induce to environment effect including to problem of environmental pollution control (Air emission, Water pollution,Industrial waste) and set up the suitable to manage them under the legal and submit report to government. • Define requirement of safety, risk chemicals, hazardous substance, and environment legals in compliance with the company, including maintains dialogue with Government Agencies • Inspection, checking and maintain chemical’s management in company and submit the report to concerning government follow up the legal’s requirement. • Inspection and checking the condition of chemical’s storage area, including to coordinate section to solve the problem due to occur the problem about chemical usage or chemical handling in the factory. • Coordinate with concerning government (DIW, IEAT, CAH Cooperate etc.) of high potential issue about environment, risk chemicals, hazardous substance. • Implement and maintain environmental performance. - ISO14001/ ISO45001/ PSM • Establishment and manage environmental aspect identification program, including to induce to set up EMP • Member Auditor ISO Internal + EHS STDS + Other Legal • Execution the ISO action plan to ensure the working progress go well according to the plan. • Provide technical advice, coaching, guidance, and mentoring to employees on environment initiatives and necessary changes. • Continue execution 3R road map (External recognitions are 3R,3R+, Zero Waste to landfill, Amata Best Waste Management Awards 2021 -Gold Level, EHS Innovation Award 2020-2022 and Excellence Award 2021, (Corporate EHS) • Set up safety and environment program to motivate employee’s awareness for best practice in safety and environment issue. • Ensure that all workers Health, Safety, and Environmental policy and legislation are adhered to assist in planning, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing company health, safety, and environmental strategies. • In accident / incident investigation and support to find out root cause and corrective action including preventive action for recurrence • Preparing accident and near miss incident reports within 24 hours of each occurrence • Gemba walk work in progress weekly and identify hazard unsafe action, unsafe condition, and risk component. • Analytical factor that may induce to risk or the violence effect in company, including to review the MOC program (management of changed) with concerning department. • Set up and control yearly working plan and department budget. • Drive and follow up plant Environmental, Health and Safety ADP • Promote campaign first R (Reduce) plant wide. • Improve environmental performance (pollution Control, Energy&CO2 reduction, and sustainability program • Support CO2 emission reduction projects • Improve 6S implementation. • Kaizen Project • Support CSR activity for make good relationship between company and the community. CURRENT PACKAGE Allowances: 15,440 Baht/Month, Overtime Bonus 3 Months + 40,000 Provident Fund 5%
