Role and Responsibilities: Receive safety health and environmental policies from mother company and create company policy and target. Consolidate and register all legal to ensure that the company comply all requirements. Provide safety and environmental manual to all employee and contractor. Implement Hazard Identification and Risk assessment including provide countermeasure or instruction. Lead and organize incident investigation for find out the root cause and countermeasure. Provide machine safety standard and inspect when install, modify and relocate. Check job safety analysis for contractor work and implement work permit system. Coordinate and set up Fire emergency response and Evacuation drill. Enhance safety awareness through company safety culture. Implement GHS in plant the same with hazardous substance control and register. Set up and develop training program for all employees. Provide safety guideline, safety rule and bulletin comprehensive the risk. Organize and provide all safety & environmental activity and safety & environmental meeting for all concern. Promote health promotion activity inside plant. Implement Logout Tagout system through risk works. Set up and maintain “Safety simulation training (Safety Dojo)” for all employees. Join meeting and audit involve safety, health and environmental activity in Toyota Boshoku affiliate in oversea country such as Thai, , Taiwan, India, Philippine (2014 - Now). Implement CO2 waste water reduction Implement safety and health activities to complied with Thai law and mother company policy. Set up a safety, health and environment budget and carry out activities as the plan. Cooperate with related departments to conduct environmental, energy saving and carbon neutrality activities.
