• Designing, programming, commissioning, and maintaining audio-visual systems for both commercial and residential clients with budgets ranging from $500,000 to $1 million USD. • Participate in design meetings and conduct site surveys with clients to tailor AV systems in line with their needs. • Demonstrated expertise in programming and commissioning Extron, Q-Sys, Xilica, and Crestron-based control systems as well as Biamp DSP systems. • Utilize leading audio-visual brands, including Absen, Bose, CYP, Extron, Novastar, Q-Sys, OneLan, Maxhub, Crestron, Sennheiser, Shure, Vissonic, Xilica, and Yamaha. • Create detailed system schematics and associated technical documentation. • Resolve technical issues encountered during site commissioning and coordinate with equipment suppliers for clarification if necessary. • Facilitate detailed product demonstrations to increase the customer’s understanding of and trust in the product they are purchasing. • Deliver training programs and technical support to customers, users, sales teams, and technicians following project handover to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and reduce service calls.

AT NEW PLACE OF JUSTICE PROJECT • Completed the installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance state-of-the-art audio-visual systems for both commercial and residential clients. • Oversaw and executed the audio visual and public address systems project at the prestigious New Palace of Justice in Kuwait, the largest courtroom facility in the Middle East, with a project budget of $12 million USD for AV System. Executed AV systems across 68 courtrooms, 41 meeting rooms, training facilities, and auditoriums. Successfully integrated AV system with various other systems such as Lighting Control, Fire Alarm, IPTV, ICT and Public Address System. • Aligned objectives and bridged communications with clients, consultants, architects, and interior designers to seamlessly integrate AV systems to ensure they complemented the overall aesthetic vision.
