Key Responsibility and Functions: 1.1. Receiving and registration of change inquiry • The change requests are to be prepared for further processing and to be documented in the change management system. 1.2. Creation of change requests • On the basis of a released change inquiry a change request has to be generated. This change request has to be registered in the change management system under a serial number. The change request should contain an allocation of responsibilities and a target time for processing 1.3. Evaluation of change requests • Coordination of functional input data via standard communication on the basis of prescribed rules and processes in compliance with the prescribed time frame. • Processing of this internal data and conversion into the external presentation using predetermined formats. 1.4. Release of the change request • Check if internal and external presentation on the basis of the functional releases of concerned department. • Acquire functional releases from concerned department. 1.5. Registration of the change order • Based on data released by Sales, the change request is to be transferred into a change order and documented with a corresponding CO number and distribution to all relevant business functions. • Each change order must be assigned to a specific owner with defined implementation timeline. 1.6. Follow-up the change order • Documentation of the introduction on the basis of actual data, including the tracking data of the run-in sequence number until implementation. 1.7 Supply chain of Launch (refer FORD customer). • Inform requirement from customer on portal (www.covisint.com) to internal team and feedback to achieve timing plan. • Monitoring process of the marketing plan, parts price, Delivery, Quality, customer satisfaction by monthly for update project status with internal. • Support and prepared document for export order VAT7% with custom KSK122 any special in GPIRS order/ Special order and other order out of current order. • Submission SREA any nonconforming process of current process for customer approval and issue WI for supply chain system/Logistics team. • Confirm first shipment for Export and first any shipment for ECN (Engineering Change,all customer survey) • Follow up PPAP/PSW to Approval. & Follow up customer payment support accounting. • Submit tooling on web for payment process. • Support TAI audit (Ford and Great Wall motor) / submit OCS on web.
