Responsibility • Implementing documents for Safety meeting, attend & record minutes of Safety meeting. • Establishment and implementing procedure in standard requirement of Interconnecting pipeline project. • Implementing JSEA / Risk assessment. • Establishment and review JSEA Installation steel structure pipe rack-pipe bridge work, Pipe installation (Lifting-laying), Civil work, Pre-pig cleaning and hydrostatic test with owner (PTT) and subcontractor. • Controlled and managed contractors to ensure owner requirements, project requirements and SHE process requirements complied with Thai law and regulations. • Issuing, developing, and maintaining safety regulations, in coordination with line managers to ensure these regulations are combined with work instructions and respected by employees. • Conduct onsite inspection in high-consequence and high-risk, follow-up and closed gaps owner required. • Safety induction training for new employee work in project. • Analyze and investigation the cause of accident, incident, near miss, unsafe action, unsafe condition, illness or annoyance resulting from working and making report of the investigation. • Controlled and managed permit to work system. • Be the secretary of safety committee. • Coordinate with construction department for update work plan and coordinate other parties (PTT3, EFT,GUSCO, MIP)

Responsibility • Observation about safety in fabric manufacturing process, evaluates hazardous conditions, risk assessment. • Update safety compliance. • Manage the especially Safety culture, Behavior Base Safety (BBS) implementation. • Start make of Safety Management Assessment Program (Dupont). • Be the secretary of safety committee. • Manage Contractor system. • Responsible for COVID-19 Management to controls and manage the countermeasure which required. • communication between HSE department and other parties’ customer, coordinator team and other department within the company. - Rig GW-221 Oil and Gas

Responsibility • Observation about safety in Rig oil field, Evaluates hazardous conditions, risk assessment. • Coordinated about Safety with PTTEP. • Morning Talk about scope of work for a day and clarify, recommend risk for work • Practice emergency plan such as Fire evacuation drill, Oil spill drill. - Maintenance and Installation / Demolition Scaffolding in Petrochemical Plant.

Training about Basic Safety, Process Safety Management, permit to work, Emergency Planning, Safe Act Audit, incident Investigation, Security and Environmental.
