Open Development is an ambitious project to create a repository of Open Data related to Development issues in the Greater Mekong Subregion so that civic society, journalists, researchers and other stakeholders can be informed about issues that impacts their communities. This projects involves ingesting data from a variety of sources including publications, governmental and academic and all the data needs to undergo a rigorous vetting and transformation process to ensure legal and technical compliance after which it has to be presented in an intuitive manner.
