(2 years 2 months) Recruitment support - Search CVs from Vietnamworks, Linkedin, Salesforce and other sources - Conduct CVs screening, interviewing (phone & F2F) with candidates, follow up the offer - Arrange interviews with candidates/ clients; follow up with clients and candidates after interviews to get feedback, results - Post job vacancies on corporate and external websites - Update and maintain database related to candidate database, headcount tracking - Handle general inquiries from candidates Project Admin - Keep updating project information to other team members - Interview arrangement for candidates - Support candidates during on-boarding process - Provide analysis and other related reports to Team Manager - Follow up with clients to ensure timely fee collection and healthy ARs - Work closely with other departments (legal, accounting) to issue invoices, contracts Business Development - Prepare market updates and provide potential clients' information to team members
