Edit and proofread database content for electronic and printed publications while maintaining quality control procedures for updating and reporting information. Classify and code health and human services information using Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS) taxonomy. Conduct surveys to compile comprehensive information on nonprofit and public services for inclusion in the 2-1-1 community service directories. Conduct queries and assist in producing reports on caller demographics, community needs and community resources for internal & external stakeholders. Review programs and agencies to serve gaps in care, such as those that assist homeless and other at risk populations. Provide a high level of customer service in support to current and prospective service provider members of the 2-1-1 community service directories.
