• Working in NPD Dept. for heavy equipment manufacturing like Track Frame, chassis, ARM and Bucket. • Designing fixture and jigs for Machining parts and welding and assembly fixtures in Creo and AutoCAD. • In New Product Inspection those parts are developed newly Lower Frame of R80 & R140 Model for customer HYUNDAI and Track Frame, Revolving Frame, Arm and Bucket FOR SANY HEAVY INDUSTRY INDIA PVT. LTD., as I was responsible for New Product Inspection and Development and for deign of child part templates and DXF for cutting. • Working with team to develop product & process to meet customer specific requirements of customer HYUNDAI CONNSTRUCTIVE EQUIPMENT PVT LTD., JCB India PVT.LTD & SANY HEAVY industry India PVT.LTD PUNE. • Responsible to maintain and utilizing PFD, CP, SOP, PPAP & APQP document which provided by CFT for New project and Existing Project. • Familiar with the parts like Loader Components like Track Frame, Arm, Bucket. Taking responsible for Process and Product Audit, Process Standardization and also Process Improvement by, Standardizing the SOP, CP, PPAP and APQP documents. • I am also work as a CMM operator on hexagon absolute Arm 83(4.5 MT) in poly works 2021 software. • I am also work Lean manufacturing engineering. I am responsible for Productivity Improvement, Effective utilization of Manpower, Line Improvement, Reducing cycle time (16LOSSESS). I have gone through training upon 8D Report, 7 QC Tool, 5S, Kaizen and POKA YOKE, CMM OPRATOR. Responsible for customer complaints and to update Corrective action and Preventive action (CAPA) and to provide ISIR for the same.
