In the past she has been a design engineer of power supply, radio frequency products, magnetic components, EMI filter design and optical devices. She is familiar with quality assurance. In her early years she taught physics laboratory in a university and conducted research in bio-physics. She published 5 technical papers in technical journals. Her passion is to help her company grow by bringing value to the organization. During the past 20+ years she worked for 6 companies in USA, from a small company with 12 people, to midsize company with 300 - 500 people, to Boeing. Currently she is a consultant at Access Laser company at areas of RF design, QA and HR recruiter. Her skill sets include designing electrical circuits with Pspice simulation and analysis, PCB layout for both power supply and RF, EMI filter and magnetic component design, writing and training quality assurance procedures and documentation for manufacturing, intensive hands on testing of design validation in lab and scientific research. She is familiar with ISO9001 and MIL-STD working environment. The devices she designed have been used on Boeing airplanes and satellites. In her personal time she volunteers at her Church. She has a heart to help other families.
