(May’22 - Mar’23) | Phoebus System • In charge of Plant, property and equipment management of the whole Group. • In charge of month-end closing process, including producing set separated financial statements and consolidated financial statements (4 layers, 14 entities) of Group of Real Estate and Office Leasing including the balance sheet, the income statement, the cash flow (indirect method) and the notes to financial statements followed Vietnamese Accounting Standard. • Supervise the alignment accounting treatment among subsidiaries by providing accounting guidelines and recommendations. • In charge of Group monthly, quarterly tax calculation and declaration, including VAT, FCT, PIT (for capital investment) and CIT. Main contact point to contact with Thu Duc City tax authorities. • Perform monthly VAT/CIT reconciliation between accounting records and tax declarations to ensure consistency and compliance. • Coordinate with other departments to design, set up and implement the SOP and other internal procedures, to prepare, review and revise legal documents i.e charter, commercial contracts, etc. for newly established projects. • Newly established projects chief accountants, manage the project accounting activities and cash flow.
