Manager FM&E. With about 30 years of experiences in large scale Manufacturing Plant. Area of Expertise: • Lead, coach & mentor a team of facilities engineers in management of the facilities & utilities, of a manufacturing plant • Plan, implement and monitor facilities operations to be in-line with set objectives, targets and programs • Handle operation and maintenance of various mechanical and electrical systems & services (like, UPW, CDA, WWTP, STP, PCW, Process Exhaust, Vacuum, Boiler, CDA, Chillers, UPS, HVAC, Waste reclaim systems, Data center, Fire Protection & Security system etc.) • Responsible for the maintenance, reliability and performance of Facility Automation & Control System. • Drive to prepare Capex & Opex budget and manage facilities expenses • Effective management of energy, gas and water consumption and maintain partnership with facilities vendors • Handle preventive, predictive and facilities general maintenance • Establish and implement operational procedures, and ensure compliance with FSB requirements and procedures, and EHS & Safety policies. • Drive for continuous improvement projects related to cost, quality & service using Six-Sigma, Gemba, Kaizen or similar applicable methodology • Participate in external EHS compliance audits, Customer audits and loss prevention audits • Liaise with government agencies, Corporate, insurer and customers & vendors on facilities related issues (new initiatives, facilities upgrading etc.) • Review and evaluate work methods, procedures and policies to ensure relevance • Lead in key projects - cost reduction, system improvement, new material evaluations • Investigate, report and resolve incident / accidents and follow up on corrective actions • Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the maintenance team to meet current and future business requirements. • Promote an atmosphere of team spirit through good example, open communication, good listening, and timely problem resolutions.
