A highly motivated individual with extensive and diversify work experience and many years of management experience in Semiconductor (Wafer Fab and OSAT Backend Assembly & Test) Failure Analysis and Reliability, Yield Analysis, Foundry Management and Solar Manufacturing Engineering and QA. Over the years, possessed of excellent track record in leading Engineering, Failure Analysis, Reliability and Yield Teams in product qualification on time, ramping up yield and throughput in Memory and Logic products with advanced technologies (e.g. 90nm and 65nm technologies node) and cost reduction projects. Moreover, an expert in failure analysis and yield analysis with great passion in finding root cause and very high success rate in resolving engineering and quality problems. Presently, a SMART Manufacturing Analytic System Product Manager for Semiconductor and Flat Panel Display (LCD and OLED) sectors. In the tenure of my current position, has successfully designed, built, continuously enhancing and delivered 2 key products: a Root Cause Analysis system with Advanced Trace Analytics and a Tool/Chamber Matching Analytic System. Additionally, had done tremendously well in the above 2 analytic product’s proof of concept projects and onsite customer support proliferation, that led to the Million Dollars Sale of these analytic products to major semiconductor companies such as Global Foundries, Nxp, and Qorvo. Furthermore, has great exposure in advanced IT technology such as AI (Artificial Intelligent), Machine Learning and Big Data system. Lastly, has immense project management experiences in new wafer fab start up and current analytic product development and launching projects.
