Product Launch: Support the launch of new ESS and PCS products by managing marketing efforts, sales training, and customer communications, while monitoring product performance post-launch. Technical Expertise: Act as a technical authority for ESS and PCS systems, troubleshooting complex issues, providing support to customers, and coordinating with the engineering team to resolve technical challenges. Commissioning Experience: With hands-on experience in the commissioning of solar and battery energy storage systems (BESS), I have supported and led various projects from initial setup to full system integration, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. BESS Commissioning: Involved in commissioning BESS systems in the UK & EU, including system configuration, and testing. Tasks encompass setting up energy management systems (EMS), battery management systems (BMS), power conversion systems (PCS), and establishing communication protocols for seamless operation. Worked closely with technical teams to resolve commissioning issues and optimize system performance Segen - Product & portfolio Manager. 2022-2023 As a Junior Product Manager worked closely with the Product Manager to run the ‘New Product Introduction’ as well as the ‘Product Lifecycle’ process. some main responsibilities are as below: Set up and maintain all products within the business.
