Primary responsibilities include operationalizing and overseeing over 50 Faculty-Directed programming each academic year with the FD Team. Provide support to faculty and college leadershp in the development and implementation of these programs.Facilitate the Statement of Intent (SOI) process. Building on best practices and program policies to develop guidance and training to help faculty submit strong SOIs, streamlining the process and enhancing the quality of program proposals. Develop new training and networking opportunities for program directors as they prepare to direct their programs abroad. These initiatives are designed to ensure that faculty are fully equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful and enriching experience for our students.

Responsible for updating and rebuilding the Global Engagement Centers Study Away programming. Focused on inclusive programming for all our students, including domestic programming for those who can’t (DACA, financial or other reasons) or don’t wish to go abroad for a transformative experience.Primarily responsible for day-to-day running of the office, faculty-led programming, marketing, outreach, and inter-campus relationships.Cross trained and active as designated school official (DSO) and alternative responsible officer (ARO) for international student service needs and advising.Created and teach Cultural Explorer pre-study abroad program, co-teaches first year seminars (FYSEM).Create the Global Piper Ambassador programming, which mentors future study away Global Pipers.Modernize website content, policy revisions, Study Away Handbooks for students and faculty.Assist with external contracting and risk management protocols.Plans and manages budgets and accounting lines for all Study Away items.
