Work 10 hours per week – 3 hours attending class, 3 hours SI session prep time, 3 hours SI led structured study sessions, and 1-hour staff meeting/workshop. Hours of operation may vary by site.Attend every class session and take notes.Work with the faculty to obtain any course handouts, past exams, or materials. Create lesson plans to facilitate during your study sessions and review with your supervisor.Lead 3 weekly 50-minute structured study sessions to review course concepts and improve students’ course-based study strategies via both in-person and online modalities within assigned space. Record and share sessions with students.Develop content for, facilitate online, and record test review sessions prior to each class test.Communicate with course faculty about concepts that students had a difficult time with during your study sessions. Promote and market the study sessions with students enrolled in the class.Engage with, create content for, and promote the Study Hub during work shifts and when interacting with students.Participate in outreach and marketing of all UASP services.Work the front desk as needed.Provide excellent customer service.Attend scheduled staff meetings.Other duties as assigned.

Contact prospective and admitted international students by telephone and email about ASU international admissions processes and events.Respond to e-mail inquiring from prospective, applicants, and admitted international students.Provide customer service to recruitand track prospective internationalstudents.Maintain database and create dataentries of prospective students inSalesforce on a weekly basis for emailmarketing to prospective students.Provide continuous feedback andsolution for issues regarding studentadmissions as they occur.Act as liaison by communicatingbetween different ASU departments toeffectively process students admission.

 Design, implement, and support datasets. Look at datasets and reporting to propose and designalternative solutions. Translate financial and operational data into business dashboards. Produce Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and portfolio level performance reporting. Produce business activity reporting and projections. Consult, design and manage analytical models across multiple businesses. Increase reporting efficiency by developing automated templates in excel, Tableau or other similarprograms. Develop financial models to facilitate long term planning for operations, capital expenditures, salesgrowth, and expense management.
