  • Account Manager

    Teva UK Limited
    2010.05-2024.12(15 years)
(14 years 8 months) During my 14-year tenure at Teva, I may have only a couple of job titles, however my roles were varied and plentiful. Whether it was being in-field to manage a respiratory portfolio worth upwards of £4 million pounds at its peak or help train all new starters around the insights that the business grow. Other roles included being a founding member of the national working group "Connect The Dots" to really help the whole salesforce understand the insight and working directly as a salesforce link with the Commercial Excellence team to make sure all insight was user-friendly and what was required. Key Success & Achievements - 6 Time Winner of Prestigious FASTSTART/RACETO Incentive - Record For My Role. This would involve making sure I was in the top 5 of the Sales Tables for 6 Months For FASTSTART / 12 Months For RACETO. The incentive included trips to around the world and experiences, such as going to Rome and Venice via the Orient Express, Dubai and New York just to name a few. - Launched 2 respiratory brand from the ground up. Tactical approach and great teamwork to secure positive endorsements / prescribing incentives with key payors. I helped pull that through by utilising key NHS relationships in Primary Care. Whether that was helping to implement updated local guidance which had the positive endorsements or adapting to help partner with accounts to action change. Both brands grew from 0% Market Share to over 70% in both within 2 years. - Growing a legacy brand when first joining Teva by implementing key local guidance. This was done by tactically targeting those accounts where the data showed that the guidance was not being actioned. - Pharma Times - 2014 Primary Care Rep Nomination - Presenting at National Conference to All About Being a Cancer Dad, highlighting Son's battle & Family Support. Highlighting how important pharma is. - Promotion to Account Manager within my 1st 2 years, being at the time only the 3rd to do so in a 50+ Salesforce
