• Creation and development of commercial strategies to increase sales, leading the team with the highest sales share in the company. •Establishment and optimization of various pricing strategies. Design of bonus programs, incentives, and compensation plans for the sales force. • • Pricing decisions and marketing strategies aligned with customer needs and company objectives.
