• Develop strong working relationships and communication processes with Directors of Graduate Studies and department heads in assigned programs (Education, Communication, Speech Language Pathology, Political Science, and Counseling & Psychology)• Develop a commanding knowledge of admission expectations, curriculum, faculty research interests, graduate job placements, financial aid allotments, and graduate student experiences for assigned programs. • Plan, coordinate, and attend on-campus and off-campus events including open house, admitted student day, and graduate school fairs in both in-person and virtual formats• Respond to all questions and follow up with inquiries and applicants via telephone and email to increase engagement and retention. Keep applicants regularly informed of their application status, notify of deadlines and application decisions while also communicating with departments.

A college support program for Marquette undergraduate students on the autism spectrum, focusing on the unique ways autism interacts with the college experience.• Establish and facilitate new campus partnerships with Marquette Admissions, Programming, New Student and Family Programs, and the Student Affairs practicum program to provide new services and opportunities for On Your Marq students (students on the autism spectrum)• Redesign On Your Marq website; create 5 new webpages to increase web traffic, viewer interaction, and the amount of information provided to prospective students and their families, faculty, staff, and future student workers• Contact approximately 55 Wisconsin and Illinois high schools regarding the On Your Marq program and what Marquette and OYM can offer students on the spectrum

• Communicate with prospective SAHE students via phone, email, and through meeting facilitation; serve as a resource for students throughout their application processes and continually follow up to ensure their successful transition to graduate school at Marquette • Designed, coordinated, and executed annual SAHE Program Preview & Interview Day; this process included determining assistantship openings, scheduling interviews, logistics coordination, assisting in candidate matching, and successfully collaborating with other campus offices and departments• Provide leadership for program recruitment & serve as a representative to prospective students and their families for Graduate Studies, the College of Education, and Marquette University in a professional manner in a variety of venues• Generated programmatic newsletter once per semester and send to SAHE alumni
