• Employer Relations- Led the team to establish close relations with 490+ employers including Fortune 500 companies as well as local business leaders, acted as the main contact for 230+ employers.- Drafted DKU’s first internship site expanding strategic plan, which resulted in DKU establishing over 80 official “designated internship providers” agreements for long-term partnerships to date.- Acted as the key liaison person for government-related affairs. Subordinate joint venture company of Suzhou Agriculture Development Group company, which is one of the ten state owned companies, belongs to State Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Suzhou Municipal Government.•As one of the first employees and the only staff focusing on Administration and Human Resources at the very beginning, I successfully promoted the multitasks including company registration, office decoration and opening ceremony to be completed within 3 months under the direct lead of the General Manager, ensuring that the company opens on time. •As the secretary of the first board of directors of the company, I organized and participated in 10 board meetings and maintained the operation of the board in 3 years.
