My tasks as a technical support engineer are diagnostics and solving customers problems related to the most powerful and versatile control system based on pc. The support areas cover industrial pcs, field buses, motion control, EtherCAT bus field and Hmi. I am involve in suggesting proper solutions in pre sales work.In addition to this, I teach customers in TwinCAT and Beckhoff products. Besides teaching in training courses, I develop guides and application samples for our customers.
