I was an ambassador for the WSA-EC (Whole School Approach to Effective Communication) programme for the school. This is a school wide, three year programme organised by the English Language Institute of Singapore (ELIS). Together, with key personnel from my school, we developed communication programs to help the staff and students of the school, develop better communication skills.

-Manage financial portfolio of the CCA-Guide and mentor students to become competent speakers and leaders -Guide and lead teachers of the CCA-Coached students in debate and public speaking competitions:-Students were in the honour roll of the Plain English Speaking Competitions-National Champions of the Singapore Debating Championships 2016 (Division III)

Manage and lead the reading program in the school. Provide guidance and support to fellow teachers in my committee and library assistant. Renovated and revamped the current school library.

-Oversee Toastmasters clubs (corporate clubs/ student clubs etc.) in Singapore -Lead and guide different executive committees of the various Toastmaster Clubs in Singapore-Organise large scale public speaking events and competitions

-Lead and guide the executive committee -Develop new programs and events for members’ development-Attained the President Distinguished Club Award during my time in office.
