Labor Relations - Foster cooperation with labor unions and employee committees. - Monitor and evaluate activities enhancing employer-employee relationships. General Administration - Oversee cafeteria, shuttle services, security, and facility maintenance. - Manage foreign employee services such as visas and work permits. Support audit SMETA, Walmart, Costco, C-TRAT, SCS system audit, ISO 9001&14001 audit working with other teammates to ensure we can pass all audit request and fulfill the clients social audit requirement.
