Calculating initial prices and quoting them asap based on selected samples Offering alternative workmanship/ qualities/ trims etc to customers in order tobe able to meet client’s target prices Actioning samples based on customer demands and send them as quick as possible as right at once Set the critical path when orders are placed and follow the critical path & all stages of production till the delivery to ensure the proper and on time delivery, coordinating planning and production departments accordingly by passing all the details and the order specifications needed to production team on time and correctly. Follow the budget of 20 million usd / year . Set the critical path when orders are placed and follow the critical path & all stages of production till the delivery to ensure the proper and on time delivery. Follow all the needed samples and submit during the production to achieve the correct standard and quality in production. Pass all the details and the order specifications needed for production to suppliers on time and correctly. Update the production loadings and fabric backing loadings on a weekly basis with suppliers. Provide accurate and timely departmental reports e.g hit rates, factory loadings , order status etc. Follow up of the debit notes, fabric liabilities, excess garments and legal claims.
