We have at your disposal our in house design and manufacturing facilities allowing us to offer you transformers on relatively short lead times and competitive prices to your exact specifications. Transformers are available in ONAN, ONAF or OFAF specifications, complete with standard and special fittings that include: on load tap changers; tap changer control panels; separate and integral cooling bank systems; forced fan cooling; oil circulation pump systems; temperature monitoring systems; HV and LV cable boxes or outdoor bushings; Conservator and Bucholz etc. All our Power Transformers are subject to stringent testing at our Heanor works which can be witnessed by clients at the end of the manufacturing process. Special tests such as temperature rise, impulse, noise levels, etc can also be offered as required.

After completing my Btec Level 3 in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in 2008 I was given the opportunity to work in the Sales and Tendering Department. Provide clients with the best solution available to meet their requirements of function, size, shape and appearance whilst maintaining quality and competitive pricing. Utilise Modern CAD facilities to ensure drawings and wiring diagrams are produced quickly and accurately. Working at Scatco Europa Ltd. has given me extensive experience across a broad range of industries to many sectors including Aerospace Industry,Public Authorities,Automotive Manufacturing,Public Utilities,Building Societies,Retail Stores,Chemical Industry,Steel Industry,Contracting Companies,Telecommunications,Leisure and Sport Facilities and The Ministry of Defence.
