Summary

Product Strategy | Distribution Network Development | M&A | Digital Aftermarket | Parts & Service Solutions | Telematics | Warwick MBA | Terex | JCB | Volvo Construction Equipment | EMEA. A seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, commercial strategy, and global sales leadership. Currently working as a Freelance Consultant, leveraging over 20 years of OEM work experience. Focused on empowering organisations to align with customer needs and industry trends, while fostering collaboration and sustainable growth across diverse markets. Known for adaptability and strategic insight, bringing a global perspective to every challenge. Strategically minded with an MBA from Warwick Business School; with Aftermarket work experience gained whilst working at a senior level within the Mining, Construction, Aggregates & Defence sectors. I can offer a successful track record of launching new products and delivering incremental revenue and margin growth. Retaining a results focused approach with accountability for the productivity of global Aftermarket teams across functions including Sales, Product, Inventory, Marketing and Programme management.   Target oriented in delivering enhanced capabilities and commercialisation I have launched and promoted a remanufactured product range providing benefits for both ESG and the circular economy. I have managed overseas parts inventory including consignment stock and designed and sold service agreements while sales margins have also rested within my remit; thereby maximising customer uptime and delivering profitable customer support. Most recently, I was the Aftermarket Director of Product Management at Terex Corporation, a $5.2 billion global manufacturer of Industrial machinery. I managed supply chain partner interaction with component suppliers and OEMs. Central to this networking was a need to supplement internal skills whilst fast tracking programme commercialisation to ensure returns over the short term. This work also included the launch and support of asset monitoring software utilising Telematics. During my work experience I have travelled extensively in the UK and overseas and developed an understanding of the diverse cultures within the export domain. I work well within a team environment whilst also being tenacious and independent with experience of leading and mentoring a global team.
