Absorbing massive knowledge on new designed hardware/Software/diagnostic method is our daily life, therefore the passion on learning/challenging new things is an indispensable ability. Very enjoy the process on developing new things. Beside, team work also very important for us, we need to reach out global support engineer at NL for some hard-to-solved case; we need to negotiate with customer to provide more data from machine.
