• Lead a global cross‐functional quotation team of 8 people globally (Engineering,Manufacturing, Purchasing, Finance) for project costing of ePowertrain systems (3‐in‐1 EDUs, 2‐in‐1 systems, gearboxes, differentials). • Prepared 129 business cases for quotes to global automotive OEMs in 2025, contributing to €804m in awarded business. • Evaluated 104 global projects in 2025 and prepared executive recommendations on bid/no‐bid strategy, technical concepts and commercial approach.

• Customer interface to R&D leaders at Mercedes, BMW, and VW Group during all program phases. • Secured major incumbent and ETM business with a 100% win rate on defended and targeted ETM programs. • Led cross‐functional acquisition and engineering teams of up to 50 specialists during RFQ processes. • Organized customer tech days and demonstrations including winter testing in Sweden.
