Successfully managed cross-functional teams to deliver products on schedule while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability. 2. Manage technical changes from customers (ECOs - Engineering ChangeOrders) and coordinated departments within the factory to implement ECOs efficiently 3. Lead meetings to assess risks and establish rework process in mandatory cases.
