He was the first graduate from ITS to join McKinsey Indonesia directly after undergrad — an achievement reflecting his commitment to challenging structural inequalities in education and youth employment. Beyond his corporate role, Firman remains passionate about empowering the next generation of changemakers. He actively supports global networks like the Global Indonesian Professionals’ Association (GIPA) and youth platforms like StudentsCatalyst, amplifying youth voices in public policy and international collaboration.
