Familiar with apparel factory production process & quality control process, can precisely find factory difficulties & detecting problems & cooperate with factory find solutions. 4. Knowledge of fabric & accessories, and the inspection standard & process, can advise factory accepted standard and solutions. 5. Familiar with process from developing to factory PPS & PPM, bulk production till final inspection & shipment, and can independently do PPS approved, PPM & inline & final inspection 6. Familiar with all kinds of apparel, including knit & woven, women fashion styles, kids styles, sweater, jacket, down jacket, seam sealing/welding styles, cycling/fitting styles, pant styles, backpacks, sleeping bags, tents, luggage, detecting the potential risk & find solution as early as possible 7. Familiar with quality standard for various market including Euro & American market 8. Familiar with 6 sigma, Lean system, FEMA, AQL 9. Can independently conduct CFA training & certified & correlation audit. 10. Can independently conduct CSR audit, quality process audit, safety audit. 11.
