disposal of old technology allowing our company to provide our services to the
client with a lean overhead.
• Designed and Won an RFP for a global refresh for initial design and
integration of a high end athletic brand retail stores. Including Large Scale
LED walls, dynamic digital content displays, and presentation capabilities.
• Lead the team in adoption of a new quotation and business process platform
upgrade that significantly changed the way my team created quotations and
BOMs. Easily picking up on the new system and becoming the main point of
contact on my team for all questions and support.

their use cases.
• Reconfigured our Digital Signage endpoint software in order to streamline the
handover between the Implementation and Operations teams by reducing the
steps needed to complete installation from requiring 25 minutes per endpoint
to 5 minutes.
• Designed and managed ~45 infrastructure changes that provided various
feature upgrades and efficiencies across Windows and Linux platforms
with a 99% success rate which was kept at that level through meticulous
management of all aspects of the changes and foolproof testing practices to
predetermine the outcome of the changes.
• Facilitated and led training across the firm for over 80 Digital Whiteboard
installations bridging 12 different lines of business driving adoption and
increasing service utilization by 110%.
