Inc., my role involved overseeing the end-to-end process of Outside Plant (OSP) infrastructure design and implementation, specifically for PLDT's FTTH projects. This encompassed tasks from planning and permitting to implementation, testing, and acceptance. I took charge of delivering comprehensive reports and updates to the client, managing Project PO issuance for subcontractors, and conducting site inspections. Throughout this process, I diligently generated deficiency reports and punch lists for site rectification, ensuring adherence to PLDT's OSP technical standards. This hands-on involvement allowed me to provide technical solutions and advice aligned with project requirements. Furthermore, I had the unique opportunity to extend my expertise by conducting online trainings for Huawei GSC teams in India, Pakistan, and China. These training sessions covered crucial aspects such as FTTH design using PLDT OSP standards, and the creation of As-Built plans and TA documents essential for project acceptance and billing processes. This involved close collaboration with technical teams to expedite the creation process. Simultaneously, as the leader of a 30+ member Engineering Survey & Design Team, I played a pivotal role in providing training to both new and existing members.   (1 year 1 month) Being my first job right after graduation, my role as an OSP Design Engineer at Wuhan FiberHome International Tech. Phils. Inc. from October 2016 to October 2017 holds a special place in my journey. I had the privilege of contributing to the Converge Galaxy Project in the National Capital Region, Philippines, where I assisted in coordinating Pre-Joint Staking activities, including the Initial Network Route, POI Verification, and NAP Locate Survey. My responsibilities extended to conducting site surveys, encompassing pole-to-pole line surveys and measurements of distances between poles in both aerial and underground/buried routes. Beyond the fieldwork, I played a part in Site Assessment, aiding in determining the Penetration percentage before finalizing the Engineering Design plan output. Leveraging tools such as Google Earth and AutoCAD, I aimed for precision in generating Engineering Design plans and necessary BOQ/BOM for the seamless implementation of the project. This experience not only marked the beginning of my professional journey but also significantly influenced my interest and growth in OSP design, effective coordination, and technology utilization within the telecommunications sector. I am grateful for the chance to contribute to the project's success during that learning phase in my career.
