• Volume recruitment and wide variety of vacancies (PHP/Golang/Java/Python/Node.js/Unity/.NET/C/C++/Frontend/Backend/Fullstack Developer, Big Data Developer, iOS/Android/Flutter, Data Analyst, BA, PM, UI/UX Designer, System Engineer, System Admin, Network Admin, Technical Support, ASR&TTS, Recommender System, NLP Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Computer Vision Engineer, Tester….)• Full execution of the recruitment process including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates, recruitment administration; sending offer letter to successful candidates.• Build applicant sources, data by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites• Manage the posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels• Draft or revise job description when assigned• Develop a set of pre-qualified candidates, and a wider network of other candidates.• Search for candidates then Interview them, cross check their CV, find out their career aspirations• Write a clear report explaining how these people fit with the job vacancy• Research references, background check, and gather salary information.• Coordinate with team leaders, directors and colleagues to make interview appointments• Advise the hiring manager on current market salary and benefits package information.• Discuss the offer with the candidate and show how it fits with their career aspirations.• Assist hiring manager and candidate in concluding the job offer process• Follow up conversations with both candidate and hiring manager to ensure that a good match was made

• Serve as a fulltime intern with varied tasks and activities• Take part in preparing meetings, conferences: + Recruiting, working & training volunteer students to make sure events run smoothly+ Setting up and coordinating with different parties to accomplish the goals+ Contacting and sending invitation letter to guests & speakers• Learn how to make a scientific research topics with senior staffs
