(1 year 2 months) Vietnam - Carry out manufacture ability for NPD stage - Join A1, A2....mass production line review. - Test trial structure, care all components - Discuss and meeting about OLS... -Manage, modify BOM...making ECR, ECO.... - Design solid and surface of sport bike products. - Optimize, modify structure. - Handling problems with other deparments as FQC, QA, Production line dept....

(4 years 4 months) I just finished 4 months training courses in DongGuan China. I already studied about Hot runner systems for products. I have many experiences about designing mold injection nozzle, finding product's errors and giving some best solutions. During China training time, I studied about designing Mold, RD, AE, TS. I already design hot runner mold systems for many big company such as Samsung, Canon, Panasonic so on. I also came to work about hot runner systema in China 1 month again.I also have CAE experience about filling time, packing, warpage and cooling process with difficult products.
