Founder/Director. With 15 years of experience in brand management, I have had the privilege of building both new and established brands, taking them to greater heights. Throughout my career, I have marketed global brands such as Timberland, Godiva, and Stride Rite, working across industries including fashion apparel, footwear, leather goods, accessories, books, film, and food. In 2018, I founded Alpha International Marketing & Management (AlphaIMM) to provide outsourced marketing services, helping startups and small-medium businesses build their brands and grow their market presence. Beyond marketing strategy and execution, I am passionate about coaching and mentoring business owners, guiding them toward sustainable success. Education has always been close to my heart. As a part-time lecturer at the University of New South Wales and Macquarie University, I share my industry expertise with the next generation of marketers. When COVID hit in 2020, I launched MARKCubator, a marketer incubator hub designed to help students overcome job market barriers and gain real-world experience. By collaborating with industry partners, I connect graduates and undergraduates to marketing professionals through client-based projects and networking opportunities. My goal is to bridge the gap between education and employment, equipping students with the skills and connections needed to thrive in the Australian marketing industry. Through hands-on digital marketing, events, and brand management projects, I help students build practical experience and confidence. Seeing my students successfully secure job opportunities—both locally and internationally—has been one of my most rewarding achievements.
