Texts by Faith Ng and Gilbert Koh.• Adapted own lesson material. Experienced with EdTech tools for in-person and home-based learning e.g. Google Classroom, Kami, Padlet, Turnitin etc.

Supervised a Masters student on his Final Research dissertation, in-person and online.

• Copy-edited and proofread articles for this Warwick-based, peer-reviewed journal on gender, fundamentalism, and feminist resistance. • Organised and introduced events e.g. public film screenings in London and Warwick for this project funded by Warwick Impact Fund and Warwick Ventures. • Liaised with wide range of people (Academic Lead, collective members, external donors, internal and external speakers, admin staff, vendors, attendees etc). Managed budget, design marketing material, coordinate event logistics. • Assisted with the REF2021 Impact Case Study for this project.• Managed the blog and website (feministdissent.org) for this organisation.

Feb 2020 - May 2021: The Trial • Co-wrote this upcoming play within a team of 4, featuring monologues by international female victims of male violence adapted and translated into English from Serena Dandini’s book Ferite A Morte (Wounded To Death).Oct 2018 - Mar 2019: Don't Tell Me You're Afraid• Co-wrote, co-produced, and acted in a play within a team of 7 to adapt Giuseppe Catozzella’s novel Non Dirmi Che Hai Paura (Don’t Tell Me You’re Afraid) for theatre, as part of this university-funded, student-led multilingual translation and performance project. • Our script will be published in an upcoming book.

• Sourced and edited short fiction, non-fiction, and poetry submissions by writers from Warwick and wider community within a team of 3, for our fortnightly episodes on RAW 1251AM, Warwick’s award-winning student radio station. • Directed, produced, and digitally edited each episode for on-air broadcast to production deadlines. This show developed from the same-named open mic event.• This show won Bronze for Best Arts Show at RaWards Warwick 2020. It continued as a podcast in the later half of 2020.

• Taught academic writing to English and English Joint-Degree undergraduates, in groups of 11 students.• Taught workshops on academic writing to Economics undergraduates, in groups of 80-100 students. Developed own course material.

2019-2020: Epic into Novel (regular), New Literatures in English (co-convenor, one term) • Co-convened, delivered lectures, taught seminars, and marked assignments of English students, for these two UG and UG (Hons) modules on epic and novel traditions, and African and world literature and film. • Taught texts by Homer, Virgil, Fielding, Eliot, Dangarembga, Gordimer, Adichie etc. 2018-2019: New Literatures in English (one-off lecture and seminar across 2 groups); Global City Literature: Image, Theory, Text (one-off lecture and seminar across 2 groups); Modes of Reading (one-off seminar across 3 groups)• Taught seminars and delivered lectures to English students, for these UG (Hons) modules on postcolonial literature, contemporary literature in relation to global cities, and critical theory. • We looked at texts by writers such as Amitav Ghosh, Chris Abani, Edward Said, and Christina Sharpe. Developed own course material.2014-2015: Modern World Literatures (regular)• Taught this core UG module on 1789-present literature (fiction, poetry, film, theatre), to seminar groups of 11 English students each, developed own course material, marked assignments, coordinated student group presentation before entire cohort. • We looked at texts by writers such as Goethe, Mary Shelley, Baudelaire, Conrad, Ibsen, Brecht, Soseki, Beckett, Salih, Satrapi etc.2013-2014: Problems and Modes in Postcolonial Literature (one-off seminar)• Co-led a seminar for this MA module on Patrick Chamoiseau’s Texaco. • Developed own lesson material.

Co-led creative writing workshops for Years 3-6 students (ages 8-11) in Belgrade Theatre Coventry, as part of a regional project run by this organisation that is the literature development agency for the West Midlands.

Apr 2019 - Mar 2020: Postgraduate Creative Writing Group• Proposed and delivered creative writing workshops on character motivation, dialogue, flash fiction, compelling narratives, perspective/contrast, voice, theme, and anecdotes for this university-run writing group• 5-10 participants each session from different disciplines (e.g. STEM, business, humanities, social sciences). • Developed own workshop material across genres and media; texts by Eliot, Scott Fitzgerald, Harper Lee, Le Guin, Morrison, Eliot, Octavia Butler, Simon Stephens etc. • Received very positive participant feedback, with consistent top evaluation scores reflecting that my sessions worked well offering ‘practical suggestions’ and ‘balance between practical exercises and theoretical analyses’, enabling participants to ‘put into practice with [their] own writing to see [their] own improvement’. Jul 2019: Widening Participation Humanities• Led a creative writing workshop on setting and character emotion for 10 Year 11 students visiting Warwick from Australia. • Developed own workshop material using PhD research; texts by Wordsworth and Han Kang • Received ‘fantastic’ feedback from students and their teacher as conveyed by the WP Officer.

• Wrote blog posts about the PhD student experience on this university blog. • Two blog posts have gained public recognition and led to other opportunities—one gaining an online award and the other being picked up by Times Higher Education news supplement.

• Co-proposed and co-led 'Dynamic Engagement for Small Group Teaching', a pedagogical workshop on fostering critical student engagement for small group teaching, which had 17 participants (PhD and Early Career tutors) from various disciplines across the university. • Developed own workshop material with my collaborator. • Workshop supported by the Academic Development Centre and was part of the APPGR accredited teaching qualification programme. • Received very positive participant feedback, with participants awarding top evaluation scores reflecting that they ‘understood the content of the workshop’, ‘feel motivated to implement the ideas covered in the workshop’, ‘would recommend this workshop to colleagues’, and ‘are motivated to attend further workshops’.

• Co-organised and co-hosted this university-funded open mic event within a team of 3. Helped with coordinating event logistics and designing digital material.• Performed my poem 'From an Ancient Flower'.

• Co-wrote and co-directed a short science film on antibiotic resistance, 'Back to the Beginning: Killing Infection with Infection', within a team of 4 during this 3-day workshop funded by the Wellcome Trust. • The film was shortlisted as a Finalist for the Bristol Science Film Competition 2019. It was screened on Big Screen Bristol in Aug 2019 and during the British Science Festival at Warwick University in Sep 2019.

Advised and supported a Masters student to apply for PhD programmes.

• Co-organised this 1.5-day event, leading a team of three. • Liaised with departmental heads, managed the budget, contacted panel chairs, scheduled the conference programme, designed marketing material, and coordinated event logistics.

• Co-edited, co-produced, and published this university-funded young adult fiction anthology within a team of 5, managing 11 writers. We were awarded £2000 by Warwick for this project.• Regularly contributed to our blog. • Presented my short story 'The Plot' for Down the Rabbit Hole, a public open mic event in Coventry as part of promotional activities. • This project resulted in a public book launch at Waterstones Coventry and 2 of our writers being contacted by literary agents.

Assisted on this short film, produced by the European Drama Network and Warwick Business School.

• Wrote editorial features for this nationally-circulated youth lifestyle publication on various topics, including career and personal development to tight deadlines. • Wrote advertorial copy, produced short films, and proposed ideas for advertising clients to develop their web presence. • Liaised with advertising clients (managed contracts, compiled sales revenue reports, drafted sales proposals, liaised for artwork). • Worked closely with Production and external distributors to get magazine to print on time.• Managed readership database and freelance writers’ payments. • Talentscouted for events and roadshows (inhouse and client).

Rewrote press releases into online event listings for the Time Out Singapore magazine website under tight deadlines, amongst other duties.

Wrote feature articles and profiles on education, published online and in print.
