Summary
Building Scalable HR for Growth-Stage and Enterprise Organizations. I’m a senior HR leader with 15+ years of experience building and scaling people functions for growth-stage and enterprise organizations across Telecom, Technology, Travel, and Professional Services.
I partner closely with CEOs and Executive teams to translate business strategy into practical, scalable people systems, across Workforce Planning, Organizational Design, Performance Management, Total Rewards, and Talent Strategy. My work is grounded in execution, data, and context.
I’ve led end-to-end HR functions in high-growth, PE-backed environments, scaling teams from early-stage to 400+ employees across multiple geographies. This includes building HRBP models, designing executive compensation and pay-for-performance frameworks, implementing OKRs and Balanced Scorecards, and strengthening governance, compliance, and HR operations for scale.
Currently, I work for a UK-based organization, working directly with senior leadership to redesign performance systems, assess workforce capability, and drive organizational effectiveness aligned to best-in-class employment practices. In parallel, I advise growth-stage companies through my consulting practice on people strategy, total rewards, and change initiatives.
My approach is pragmatic and business-led: understand the problem, design what fits, and execute with discipline. I’m particularly effective in environments experiencing growth, complexity, or transformation.
