(2 years 1 month) Job scope • Manage on the Auto-stacking machine, robotic arm machine and compressor system of whole factory supply • Prepare the data analysis by using graph/ table weekly for the department • Daily basis on manages team project to follow up during downline planning and troubleshooting on daily issue • Propose and report improvement plan to achieve the torn glove%&machine efficiency target. • Familiar with machine mechanism such as working follow of chain, bearing parts and shaft. In additional, the pneumatic system, sensor and servo drive program. • Involving redesign by using CAD to do improvement on the machine. Besides, strong hands – on skills to do welding & wiring job for the project. •Study & apply the AI vision system on the glove defect detection. Improvement project • Manage to reduce down the torn glove from 1% to below 0.5% during my service period • Increase the machine efficiency by design top press that able to reduce the former rotation and also increase the pre-shipment passing rate of production. • Auto oiling project that able to reduce the manpower cost and oil the chain more accurate without excessive. • Proposed and install the air jet nozzle that able to save production cost. • Install and modify Individual sensor in the chain system that able to increase the machine efficiency. Project management • Discussion with supplier for the project and propose to superior with relevant ROI. • Involving over RM 1 million huge maintenance project (Chain overhaul of thewhole production line within the targeted period to prevent output loss). • Installation of the auto stacking machine by using Gantt chart during the limited downline period.
