Key achievements:1. Contributed to Intel team Germany Parliament and government outreach to provide arguments in favour to Germany/EU government subsidies for Intel fab in Magdeburg.2. Represented Intel in BITKOM, ZVEI industry associations and in AmCham Germany.3. Represented Intel in the industry initiative “Semiconductor-X” with the objective to create the digital twin for the semiconductors supply chain in Germany.

I was in charge of influencing of public policy in Russia/CIS. This implies thorough analysis of the imperfection in the current or anticipated legislation, then finding the local proof-points, which resonate with country strategic interests, then comes the creation of the key messages for the policy makers/regulators and delivery of key-messages via communication channels to senior government officials. Key achievements:1. Removal of 10% import customs duty for monolithic microprocessors in Russia (ownership of the project and coordination of the team of Intel experts).2. Facilitated foreign direct investments of Foxconn, Jabil Circuit Electronics Manufacturing Services companies in Russia.3. Simplification of the software development vehicles importation in Russia (political engagements at the federal level).4. Served as the trip owner of Craig R. Barrett, Chairman of the board of the Intel Corporation in Russia, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan in 2008 and in Russia in 2009.5. Served as the owner of Intel senior executives delegation participation in St.Petersburg Economics Forums for 7 years and as a co-owner for 3 years.6. Removal of 3-5% import customs duty for System-on-a-Chip (hybrid and multichip) microprocessors in Eurasian Economics Union. 7. Co-owned the objective to secure market access for Solid State Drives with encryption capabilities to Russia market.8. Copyright levies reform: reduction of levy rate from 5% down to 1% and reduction of amount of products subject to levy from 45 categories down to 5 categories. 9. Influencing the Government to decline Federal Antimonopoly Service’s initiative to change the Competition Act in order to remove IP immunities relating to the exercise of exclusive rights and conclusion of license agreements.10. Influencing the legislation on AI in Russia so that open data sets for training of AI are available.

The American Chamber of Commerce in Russia (AmCham) is the leading international business organization in Russia. Founded in 1994, AmCham advocates for the trade and investment interests of its member companies. AmCham Board of Directors is elected by AmCham membership on a rotating basis. I was elected by by the membership and served two two-year terms.

Key achievements:1. On-going media relations. Served as spokes’ person of Verysell Group. Performed PR activities related to Verysell Founder & CEO image in the media.2. Managed the creation and maintenance of the external corporate website.3. Owned the project of Verysell Group re-branding. It comprised the tender won by Israeli agency, the completion of full corporate rebranding (external Website, all marketing materials). After re-branding owned corporate brand identity control for the Verysell Group and its subsidiaries. 4. Set-up from scratch the process of employee communications (internal website and internal print media), owned the Employee Connect events over 5 consecutive years (2 events each year). 5. Managed corporate social responsibility projects.6. Contributed to five Verysell Softeach dealers’ conferences. My contribution comprised press tours and quality interviews with key customers re: Verysell Distribution areas of improvement. 7. Managed 2 direct reports at the holding company and 4 dotted line marcoms in subsidiaries of the holding.

Achievments: 1. Performed on-going media relations. 2. Served as a copywriter for print advertisement, ATL, advertorials and external website. 3. Owned the project of creation of the external corporate website (new architecture, design and content).4. Contributed to the launch of the biggest radio electronics retail store at Central and Eastern Europe at that time.
