Proactively analyzing gaps in both business and project development processes to suggest alternative strategies and projects to launch.Project Delivery by coordinating with cross functional and multi vendor environment, time/finance management, risk mitigation, project closure methodologies. Utilize portfolio, program and project (Integrated tools) methodology to drive Common Product Development initiatives. Design process capability & maturity.
