Job Scope: - Independently conduct 3D vision project debugging and corresponding robot programming debugging. - Install and debug 3D vision systems for customers, provide equipment process debugging and maintenance support. - Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to complete on- site robot debugging, linkage debugging, and problem-solving during the debugging process. - Timely summarize and report the progress of project debugging and analyze the problems that arise, proposing corresponding measures. - Responsible for customer training, writing operation manuals to enhance customer awareness and operational skills of our products

(1 year 3 months) Job Scope: - Assist to solve technical related issues, questions and support South and Southeast Asia customers (i.e. projects, exhibitions, online and on-sitesupport). - Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis and technical consultation to sales team and distributors. - Pre-sale evaluation for customers. Assist customers in evaluating the use of collaborative robot, accessories and motion evaluation in the automation program/applications such as, palletizing, pick and place, robot integrated with vision, robot communication, to name a few. - Summarizing product information, working together with the quality and R&D departments to solve any problems met. Provide input and feedback to the Product Management team for future development efforts to satisfy customer's needs. - Provide regional signed distributors or end-users with official technical training when required. - Write, translate and improve training related documents, FAQs and technical information database. Job Scope: - Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions. - Design the process and prototypes to build machine from start to finish. - Perform integration test to the robotic systems and quality control. - Work with manipulation robot system (robot arms) and mobile robotic system (AMR & AGV) - Provide technical guidance and direction to implement software that will control robots. - Keep abreast of advancements in robotics and relevant fields of engineering. Job Scope: - Analyzing and filtering Product Change Notices (PCN) received from suppliers regarding affected parts, supply chain and the comprehensiveness of information. - Coordinating between suppliers, purchasing team, and design engineers on PCN open cases that requires qualification to be expedited. - Communicating PCN health status through weekly reporting and present program health status through PCN reviews. Learnings: - Developed stronger presentation and formal communications skills through coordinating between multiple different parties and weekly PCN reviews. - Gained insight to the supply chain processes and how an MNC maintains the quality of its vast portfolio of products.
