  · · Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating salary negotiation with BOD/CEO, supporting workforce expansion from 2 to 50+ employees. · Source strategic position independently and coordinate mass hiring through headhunter/outsource vendors for operational roles. · Administer full-cycle payroll processing using Excel-based system, cross-checking attendance (DingTalk), overtime, leave records, and department-specific working schemes prior to finance tac calculation. · Calculate BPJS contributions and ensure payroll accuracy through multi-department verification process. · Draft and manage employmnet contracts (PKWT&PKWTT), employee documentations, warning letters (SP), and compensation calculations for contracts completions. · Develop and implement HR SOP framework and employee lifecycle processes to establish structured administrative operations. · Act as liaison between Chinese management and local vendors/employees, providing language support and operational coordination. · Oversee general affairs functions including office lease, operational vehicle coordination, vendor communication, and administrative support. · Provide HR advisory support to BOS by presenting risk-based solutions for employee-related matters and compliance considerations. · Maintain employee database, compliance records, and ensure HR documentation readiness.
