Summary
Lead Equipment Technician at Tesla Gigafactory. I have been employed at Tasus Tx. Corporation for more than 12 years. In that time, I have developed many skills that add value not only to myself, but my company as well. Responsibilities include: -Designing, building, programming, maintaining, and troubleshooting value-added assembly equipment for injection molded, as well as blow molded automotive parts. -Programming STAR and Sepro Robots for extracting parts from molds and placing them on conveyors to be packaged. -Advanced NC step programming methods for over molding inserts for various parts. -Programming Motoman robots to load End of Arm tooling with inserts. -Set up and program inspection cameras to determine defective molded parts. -Machining all designed components using our mill, lathe, bench grinder, and CNC mill. -Program tool paths on our CNC mill to cut 3D surfaces to nest parts in fixtures. -Wire up and program all PLC controlled assembly stations, as well as integrate various sensor and vision systems to ensure quality and fully assembled product. Experience: -Designing assembly equipment using SolidWorks 3D CAD software. -Programming our CNC mill using Mastercam -Programming PLC's - Allen-Bradley PLC's using RsLogix500 and 5000 - Direct Logix PLCs using DirectSoft -Programming Vision Systems - Keyence Vision Systems - Cognex Vision Systems -Programming 6-axis Motoman Robots -Programming HMI's - Experienced with Pro-Face HMI programming - Experienced with Allen-Bradley HMI programming -Degrees Include: AAS in Automation/Robotics & Controls AAS in Electronics
