115kV New Substation (GIS) SYS-MTP Project RESPONSIBILITIES Per-commissioning and commissioning work of Water filling in commissioning work, Test run air blower, Test run lube oil pump, Steam blowing in commissioning work, Chemical dosing system operation in commissioning work, and Loop test and function test, Motor Solo Run, etc. Site safety inspection on the project area to monitor and observe risks and hazards of work. Provide HSE daily & and weekly reports and HSE documents. Prepare and Review Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Checking of Permit to Work (PTW system). Conducted the alcohol random testing and drug random testing. Conducted the HSE meeting with subcontractors and Security meeting. Electrical equipment and tool inspection and verified by project color code system on the machine. Install a Safety Signboard that concerns in the Project. Checking the environmental impact of the Project. Conducted HSE training for subcontractors such as safety orientation, working at height, Heavy lifting, heavy equipment, etc. Do a daily safety Inspection, Toolbox talk, Pre job start at jobsite.
